Application, Lottery, and Enrollment Information

Upon successful completion of the application you will receive an email notifying you with the next step or your student’s number on the waitlist.

If your child is awarded a seat, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Enrollment Form online. Separate waitlists will be established and maintained for each grade level. If a child is admitted to the school, any siblings on the waitlist immediately move up on the waitlist for their grade to the highest position that follows any siblings previously placed there. Waitlists remain valid for one year.

The Enrollment Packet for students who receive a space in the lottery must be completed within two weeks of being awarded a seat.

Enrollment Packets will be mailed to prospective students, and must be completed in order to enroll your student in Creativity CoLaboratory Charter School at Appel Farm. The final step in the enrollment process is submitting the Transfer Card, which must be completed after the end of the school year, and submitted by July 15, 2022.
